Refund and Returns Policy

This policy explains refunds and returns for purchases from madebytreven.com.

1) Digital Products (Presets, LUTs, Downloads)

Due to the digital nature of these products, all digital sales are final and non-refundable, unless required by law.

If you experience a technical issue (missing files, broken link, corrupted download), contact contact@madebytreven.com and we will provide a replacement file or access.

2) Physical Products (Prints and future merch)

Because prints are often made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless:

  • your item arrives damaged, or

  • you received the wrong item.

If your package is damaged in shipment:

  1. Contact contact@madebytreven.com within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage, the packaging, and your order number.

  2. Also contact the shipping carrier to begin the insurance or damage claim process.

  3. We will work with you on the next step once we review the claim details (replacement or other resolution depending on the situation).

3) Services (Photography, Videography, Social Content)

Service work is custom and governed by project proposals or contracts. Deposits, cancellations, and reschedules are handled according to your signed agreement.

4) Chargebacks

If you have an issue, contact us first so we can fix it. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in loss of access to Digital Products.
