Digital Product License and Terms

This Digital Product License and Terms (“License”) applies to digital products sold by Made By Treven on madebytreven.com, including presets, LUTs, and related downloadable assets (“Digital Products”).

1) Delivery

Digital Products are delivered electronically after purchase (download link and/or email confirmation). If you have any trouble accessing the files, email contact@madebytreven.com and we will provide replacement access.

2) License Grant

Digital Products are licensed, not sold. We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Digital Products for:

  • personal use

  • commercial use in photo/video projects you create for yourself or your clients

3) What You May Not Do

You may not:

  • share, resell, redistribute, sublicense, or transfer the Digital Products

  • upload them to shared drives, preset groups, public libraries, marketplaces, or torrent sites

  • include them inside your own products, templates, bundles, or courses

  • claim the Digital Products as your own creation

One license is intended for one end user. If you need a team or multi-seat license, contact us.

4) Ownership

All intellectual property rights in the Digital Products remain with Made By Treven.

5) Compatibility and Results

Results vary depending on lighting, camera profiles, exposure, and editing workflow. We do not guarantee specific results. You are responsible for confirming compatibility with your software and system.

6) Updates and Support

We may update Digital Products at our discretion. Support is focused on access and file delivery, not custom editing education unless explicitly stated on the product page.
